Resumes in an AI Era: The Nuts and Bolts

Heather will cover Applicant Tracking Systems and a breakdown of each section of the resume and ways to optimize to increase the chances of getting through ATS filters. She will also talk about the importance of using your voice vs. AI, and strategies to address the "hidden job market.".
