Topic: Leveraging Generational Differences as a Superpower

  • The 4 most prevalent generations in the workplace (defining events/experiences, values, how they show up at work, etc.).
  • Ways we can bridge the gap and leverage the strengths of each generation as a superpower for your organization!


Leslie is President at InfluenceHR Consulting, a Human Resources/Talent Development consulting firm based in Winston-Salem, N.C. The organization’s mission is to help busy leaders retain, engage and develop their talent, influencing organizational health.

Leslie is a senior-level professional who has been in the HR field for 30-plus years. She has extensive experience in all areas of human resources and has worked with a number of different industries including financial services, manufacturing, technology, retail, healthcare, and non-profit. She is passionate about helping people meet their God-given potential and helping organizations facilitate a culture of engagement and well-being.

Leslie has senior HR certifications from HRCI and SHRM as well as certifications in coaching, the Working Genius and Enneagram Assessments, Mindfulness, and Mental Health First Aid. Leslie is also the author of the book 7 Habits of High-Retention Managers.
