An effective human resource professional must have solid conflict management skills in the post-pandemic world of increased conflict. In this dynamic and engaging presentation, you will learn a systems approach that allows you to see the structure of conflict and drama through the lens of power and what a game plan for changing the structure requires. You will acquire new knowledge on systems and structure, emotional intelligence, power style (an employee's power style reveals how they manage conflict and the type of drama they will create), and a game plan that can be applied to organizations of any size in any industry. Through experiential activities, you can learn your own power style and practice some of the steps in the game plan. Participants are invited to take the complementary Power Style Indicator™ before the meeting to understand their power style.
