Being an emotionally intelligent HR practitioner helps us empathize, collaborate, and motivate talent. Managing people and practices takes finding a balance to truly engage and retain the workforce. Therefore, HR practitioners should be well-versed in the various aspects of EQ and intentional about utilizing those aspects every day. In this workshop, we will: 

• Identify the difference between EQ and EI
• Recognize the importance of EQ in HR
• Find a balance in presenting data and the human side of HR
• Understand how to create an action plan for increasing your EQ
