Jeff is Senior Director of Talent Acquisition with Alorica, a business process outsourcing company based in Irvine, CA. He leads teams of recruiters across the US and Europe focusing on high volume call center staffing. They hire nearly 50,000 people total each year. Previously, held leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Staffing with Xerox and Kelly Services.
He has over 20 years of recruitment experience in both staffing industry and corporate recruiting including international, executive and professional recruiting. He has led teams in the US, Canada, Europe, Caribbean and Latin America.
Jeff lives in Asheville, NC and was the SHRM Southeast Region MAC Rep in 2018-19 and has been an active SHRM volunteer for close to 15 years. He was President and Board member with Raleigh Metro SHRM and served as Director of the NCSHRM State Council for 2016-2017. He has served on SHRMs HR Disciplines, Talent Acquisition, Global panels and is on the Diversity and Inclusion expertise panel for 2020.
