All attendees for monthly meetings should register no later than the Friday prior to the meeting the following week. To register online, go to the HRMAG home page at www.hrmag.org and click on the Calendar link and register for the appropriate meeting.

Potential Members may attend one meeting at no cost per calendar year.

Other Special Guests such as prospective sponsors, visitors from other chapters, NCSHRM State Council, SHRM or other organizations may attend at no charge subject to the prior approval of the President or his / her Board Member designee.

Other interested parties may attend as Paid Guests. Paid Guests may attend an unlimited number of regular meetings, provided they adhere to the standards of behavior as outlined in the HRMAG By-Laws. The cost for Paid Guests attendance is currently $35.00 and is payable at the registration table at the meeting. Student Guests will be charged $15.00. Please make checks payable to HRMAG; credit cards are not accepted.

All registered attendees who need to cancelshould email the Hospitality Chair, Membership Director or President no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. A registered attendee who fails to cancel and then does not attend the meeting will be invoiced $35.00. Substitutes from the same organization may attend provided they meet general qualifications for membership or have general management or supervisory responsibilities.

If you want to register AFTER the deadline (Friday prior to the meeting), you will need to contact our Hospitality Chair, Donna Carr to register for the meeting as you will no longer be able to register online after the deadline. Also, if you plan to cancel your registration, please do so before the deadline. (No less than 24 HOURS before the meeting or you will be charged.)
